Each option shows its own warranty period. Subscription length and warranty are different things.
When it starts
The warranty starts on the original purchase date.
Repairs and replacements
If something stops working during the warranty, we repair or replace it. The warranty end date stays the same: a replacement does not start a new warranty.
Problems reported in time
If you report a problem before the warranty ends, we keep working on that same problem until it is resolved, even if the warranty ends in the meantime. If a ticket is closed but the problem comes back, you can ask to reopen it.
After the warranty
New, unrelated problems after the warranty ends are not automatically covered.
Your rights
This commercial warranty is in addition to, and never instead of, your statutory rights.
