You can request a cancellation from any order page, before or after delivery. Each request receives a reference number and is reviewed.
Decisions
Approving a cancellation and sending a refund are separate steps. Refund amounts are decided case by case and are never more than what was paid.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through the original payment method where possible. Crypto refunds require you to confirm the asset, network and address.
